Right now, Google is already offering a set of pre-defined themes for Chrome, but more advanced customization isn’t possible without installing dedicated tools like extensions. Microsoft is getting ready to end the support for Windows 7, the operating system that it launched in 2009, but in the meantime, it looks some a significant number of companies should be more worried about their machines running an 18-year-old Windows version. Research conducted by Spiceworks (via WinFuture ) reveals that in 2019, no less than 32% of the companies still have Windows XP devices in their fleets, down from 42% in 2017. Google has started rolling out the new Android Auto to the first set of users worldwide, with the company claiming that full availability will be reached in the next weeks. Announced earlier this year, the overhauled Android Auto features a redesigned app launcher, which makes it much easier to find your apps and, more importantly, the one you used the most. Apple’s CEO Tim Cook has confirmed after the earnings report this morning that the Apple Card would be launched in a matter of weeks. A report that made the headlines a few days ago indicated that Apple could unveil the Apple Card in August , so the ETA suggested by Tim Cook aligns with this information. Microsoft open-sourced the Windows 10 Calculator app earlier this year, inviting devs and users alike to contribute to the development of this essential tool that comes bundled into the OS. And it looks like the work in this regard has advanced at the expected pace, so this week, the software giant announced a couple of new features coming to the Calculator. Dave Grochocki, who is a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft working on Notepad and the Windows Calculator, revealed on Twitter that an internal build of the app now comes with support for keeping it always on top. A report published by Privacy Company for the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security indicates that Microsoft hasn’t yet addressed all privacy concerns that the software giant agreed to resolve. Privacy Company says that while some Windows and Office versions are already in compliance with a set of privacy rules outlined by the Dutch government, others, including here Windows 10 Enterprise, Microsoft Office Online, and Office mobile apps, are still collecting data and sending it to the United States.
