Unlike other programming languages, JavaScript doesn’t have a built-in sleep method. So you cannot simply call a sleep() function to pause a Node.js program. However, there are other ways that you can make a program wait for a specified time.
Keeping your children entertained is no easy feat. There’s plenty they can do outside, but what happens when it’s snowing or raining? More importantly, how can you be sure that their time spent online remains safe? Or that what they’re doing is both entertaining and educational?
