Huawei has officially returned to the list of brands allowed to test the Android Q beta builds on their devices.
Google previously removed Huawei from the Android Q beta page, most likely following the executive order signed by US President Donald Trump earlier this month.
According to the order, Huawei is no longer allowed to do any business with American companies, therefore it can’t use their products for the manufacturing of new devices.
These include Android and Windows, the two operating systems that Huawei uses on smartphones and PCs. As a result, it was believed that Google removing Huawei from the Android Q beta program page was a consequence of the ban.
