Samsung Galaxy S10 5G Catches Fire at the Worst Possible Time

As if Samsung’s problems with the broken displays of the Galaxy Fold weren’t enough, here’s the very first Galaxy S10 unit that catches fire.

A South Korean customer called Lee and who purchased not the regular version of the Galaxy S10 but the 5G version says his phone caught fire all of a sudden.

And what’s worse, he says, is that Samsung actually refused to reimburse the customer on grounds that the whole incident wasn’t caused by an internal glitch, but by what the company describes as an “external impact.”

Samsung told AFP that the device did not suffer from any issue, so it technically puts the blame on the customer for the Galaxy S10 5G that exploded.
